The Journey to Self through SoulCollage®

The Ego, Jung tells us, is that part of the pyche that we think of as 'I'. Our conscious intelligence. Our everyday brain that thinks, plans and runs the show of our day-to-day life. The Self, as Jung defined it, is a greater entity, which includes the Ego but also incorporates the Personal and Collective Unconscious. Dreams and intuitions come from the Self. The archetypes of the unconscious dwell there. It is, Jung believed, the sphere of the Soul ~~Steven Pressfield. 'The War of Art'

 carried by the surprise
 of its own unfolding".

CARD-MAKING

 BRISBANE

Work is not always required.
There is such a thing as sacred idleness.
~~ George MacDonald

NOTE: My apologies, but owing to family commitments, I am currently overseas and have no SoulCollage® Studio card-making sessions scheduled.

Come and join us for a fun day of
creativity, companionship and
'sacred idleness'!

These monthly card-making sessions are for people who are already making cards - either those who've previously attended one of my workshops, or people who have otherwise discovered SoulCollage® and would like to get together with like-minded others in an atmosphere of support and enjoyment. No tuition is provided on how to make cards and dialogue with them.

**PLEASE BOOK:
Due to considerations of space and materials, you must book with me if you're coming. Please provide your mobile number when booking in. Thanks. If I have your phone number I will call you for any last-minute changes. Hopefully there will never be any.

At each session, we may start with a particular activity, such as a guided meditation for the Companion suit, or something else, but the rest of the time will be for card-making, dialoguing and sharing our cards. It's a great opportunity to have someone scribe for you, too, if you have no-one at home to do this for you, remembering that when we write we need to access our left brain, thus perhaps getting in the way of our right, intuitive brain when we are dialoguing with our cards. In relation to the dialoguing process, I am reminded of this quote by US SoulCollage® Trainer/Facilitator, Suzie Wolfer, “Making a SoulCollage® card and not dialoguing with it is like cooking a beautiful meal and not eating it!”

Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.” — Mary Lou Cook

....and we are going to invent, experiment, grow, take risks, break the rules, make mistakes and most importantly,
HAVE FUN!
